They worked hard with me and my insurance to get a good roof on my business. This wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but it included repairs to the sub roof that the estimator picked up on during his inspection. We had a leak in our roof. We contacted 5 companies to give us a bid. Ridge Top was very quick with their bid, and they were a much better price than the other company that successfully got a bid to us. They were able to complete the work within a couple of weeks. The work was done in one day, with the crew staying into the evening to complete cleanup. We found only a couple pieces of debris that were missed, and no nails at all. I wanted to thank the professionals at Ridge Top Exteriors for the excellent work they did removing our old roof and installing a new one. Ours was a challenging project because our roof is huge (I'm told it took over 50,000 nails) and the house is surrounded by flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. That being said, everything made it through with no damage whatsoever and the clean-up job was superior. I found maybe 5 nails that had fallen behind plants or other strange places. 5 out of 50,000 nails. Pretty darn good. Without drywalls and insulation, our garage was leaking water during the rain. I called Ridge Top Exteriors. Blake showed up quickly and covered up the leak in the rain. We purchased a log home and a few months in the roof began leaking. I called around to several different roofing contractors in the Wisconsin Rapids area. Ridge Top got back to me quickly, set up an appointment quickly and showed up! Shane was extremely thorough and helpful. He found things that no other roofer had found, and didn't try to push a new roof on us! While our roof does need to be replaced in the next few years, he was honest in telling us that we didn't need to replace it immediately. We expected quality service but today’s experience far exceeded. Was told that replacing my roof would cost a little over 14k. A couple hours into fixing it, I was called on the phone and told it would likely cost 2k more because Adam didn't realize that it was more work than he thought, and probably should have inspected the attic, so there was some confusion as to the total cost; which was more than we all thought it would be. However, the roof does look good, and Adam has been to my house personally and fixed the open areas in the front, and he will be back to finish up the back part of the roof when he gets the chance. He is very much appreciated for doing that. I will definitely recommend Ridge Top Exteriors for fixing your roof.

Great experience for the actual replacement. They showed up with a large enough team to do the entire job, including all the cleanup needed in one day. They were professional, polite, and respectful.They caused some minor damage to my neighbors downspout after moving it and putting heavy enough stuff where it was (on my neighbors property, not mine) to completely flatten all the plants around it. The team seemed to have some bad communication. Drake (manager on site during the job) said he'd replace it, the sales person I worked with said they wouldn't. Drake did end up replacing it.This sort of attitude makes me question how much I'd trust them in the future if they refuse to fix inexpensive things they damaged. I guess if you use them I'd recommend taking pictures of everything around where they'll be working before hand, both your own stuff and all adjacent properties. They did end up fixing it, but I'd still be cautious.Overall the job went great, everyone on site was great, the sales persons communication wasn't great, and he was very pushy, often times refusing to communicate over text and email as I requested and insisted on calling, sometimes multiple times in a row knowing I was actively working.If they trained their sales people to work around customers preferences, and to communicate internally better it would have been a perfect 5 stars.

Was told that replacing my roof would cost a little over 14k. The next day, he had to return to finish up cleaning up some insulation upstairs. Before he left he dropped a "it's going to be 8k more instead of 2k". I think that jump in cost is outrageous. He should've been more accurate of the cost before the work even started. I think that is bad business practice by not giving a more accurate estimate. The roof does look good, but I don't think it's worth an extra 8k. Also, they could have covered some of the holes right under the roof, instead they left it where you can see outside.
